The cutest thing...

It was around 8 something PM last night when I had to tah pau food for my mom after movies.

She told me to tah pau food first for my mom so we could go out dinner on our own and take our time.

I double-parked in front of CIMB Pulau Tikus and she agreed to go down to buy mom char koay teow. I stood in front of the Myvi for a puff.

Tired, I took a look at my surroundings to absorb Pulau Tikus; the traffic, smell of food and litted signboards of business premises that were closed.

I could not help but gaze at CIMB bank and being a very deep thinker, I was lost thinking just how much security is put in a bank; the alarm, laser beam lights, security guards on duty, thick bullet proof doors etc.

"Money or life", a voice said approaching me from the back.

I got a shock of my life. It has been a long time since someone did that to me. As I turned back, stood an obviously shorter and smaller than me girl with a cheeky grin and with her finger right out in the shape of a gun. She laughed!

It was hillarious and cute!

Sometimes it's the little things in life that bring out the big smile in us and leave us touched for the day! ;)

My faith strengthens me

As I go to bed tonight, I go to bed with a peace of mine. I did miss church this weekend, but I prayed and uplifted my concerns. I felt better. I guess this is why I have returned back to God in prayer because I find strength and healing. The power of the holy spirit is so powerful and it works in mysterious ways. Thank you God.

I don't care what people think about me or would want to assume. This is just a waste of your time and energy. But it's ur loss rather than mine. If you would like to waste such a precious moment of your life thinking and worrying about these things, please proceed if it makes you happy.

If you would like to maturely speak to me to discuss, by all means feel free. I am open! Let's be honest and get it out in the open.

If you would want to make me to suffer mentally and physically, carry on. I am stronger and will see this as a weakness of your ability and your level of maturity and the perception of your life in general. Owhhhh... how sad if you do not realize it. But if you are happy that way carry on. I wish you all the best and hope you do find what you long to achieve.

I have so much to be thankful for in this world. I pray that this lost people will find their way and will be guided by God. I forgive you and also would like to apologise for any wrong doing. It comes sincerely from my heart if I have hurt anyone.

I just find it to be such a waste of this precious life that God has given us.

This post is not intended to target anyone but this is my view on how people are treating people.
If you would want to be treated nicely, treat others nicely first.

A mid week break... Come away with me...

It was a good day at work today. Good as in closed more cases, updated a few and a few happy customers. Had to rush to toilet 2x coz of the dinner at Baan Tai with Gan in Tg Bungah the night before. I seriously recommend this place coz cheap and good food. Ask me where it is if interested.

Left work around 5 pm and took a drive in the hot sun to Esplanade to chill. It was a long time since I last went to seek refuge from the hustle and bustle and worries of life. Lepak only there with the breeze and the cheer in everyone elses mind as it was public holiday except for me. Haha!

She called so went to fetch her to go dinner. We were looking at eating at this place at Beach Street but it was closed AGAIN. This time I told her it's closed for good lah as in the business failed so they ran away in disgrace! Haha!

Undecisive as always, took a drive down Campbell Street en-route to No Eye Dear, then she said char koay teow here good and we found a parking right before our eyes. Unfortunately, yours trully over-shot it and we had to round the block to only find it occupied by a van.

Calmly took another turning(to cover macho) and parked the Myvi. Paid the beggar (I really hope he stops doing drugs and does not save the RM 1 I gave him to buy more).

So off we went for Char Koay Teow. To be honest it was bladdy good! Only missing is the deep fried prawn(not sure what it's called but ate before :P). That is the specialty of that hawker.

I told her I was hungry as always during dinner so had to do justice by ordering a bowl of koay teow thng. Complimented by Leng Chee Kang.

Got into a great conversation with her as always that we decided to take it to Esplanade. Haha! 2x in a day to Esplanade I must be really happy! I guess thats why I love spending time with her coz we really get into intense conversations that we forget the reality of the world around us.

Then went HSBC before sending her home. Had to take the not so congested roads as it was Thaipusam in Penang. She complimented me for my cleverness in avoiding traffic@ she really needed to sleep.

I had a good evening because the conversations were really interesting that it's hard to say good bye.
Oh well, I hate good byes but the Hellos are what I look forward to! :D
